Business Roadmap Builder
Turn business friction into a practical first project.
Compare three opportunities, choose a starting point, and build a phased plan around your capacity. Configure the help you want and include the requested scope in your inquiry. The recommendations use transparent planning rules, not an AI prediction.
Loading an example replaces the current plan. Download your brief to keep a copy, or continue to project intake to submit it for review. Nothing is sent until you submit the inquiry form.
1. Your business context
2. Where is the friction?
1 = minor, 5 = major. These ratings reflect your judgment. Example ratings are fictional and editable.
Changing answers marks the roadmap as outdated. Rebuild it to apply changes.

How the ranking works
Score = friction (60 points) + alignment with your selected outcome (25 points) + readiness to implement (15 points). Workflow friction combines manual work and disconnected handoffs. Readiness combines team capacity and input quality. Reporting receives a larger penalty for unreliable inputs. Scores are rule based priority indexes, not validated business assessments or predictions. Free text provides context and does not change the score. Ties use outcome alignment, then a fixed order.

Scope boundaries
Compare delivery pace
| Pace | Planning window | Tradeoff |
|---|---|---|
| Focused | 90 days | More time for baseline validation and adoption. |
| Accelerated | 60 days | Requires timely access, decisions, and a narrower pilot. |

Outside this requested scope
This is a scope request for consultation. Fees, dates, access and acceptance criteria must be agreed before work starts. Submitting it does not create a contract or authorize implementation.
Build the business case
Compare expected cash benefits with project costs. Recovered time is shown separately as capacity value.
Your task time, hourly cost and potential time saving were carried from the operational value estimator. Review them and enter the remaining assumptions.
Cash case
Recovered capacity
Freed capacity supports other work. It is not automatically a payroll reduction or cash saving and is excluded from cash ROI and payback.
Realization sensitivity
Only realization changes: 25% lower, your entered value, and 25% higher capped at 100%. These are arithmetic scenarios, not forecasts.
| Realization | Net cash / month | Cash payback |
|---|
Calculation and timing assumptions
Recovered hours = monthly hours × recoverable share × realization. Capacity value = recovered hours × hourly cost. Cash benefit = entered cash benefit × realization. Net monthly cash = cash benefit − running cost. Operating months = horizon − go-live delay, minimum zero. Net cash over horizon = net monthly cash × operating months − upfront cost. Cash ROI = net cash over horizon ÷ total costs. Cash payback = go-live delay + upfront cost ÷ positive net monthly cash.
Benefits and running costs are steady from go-live; implementation costs are upfront today. Discounting, tax, financing, inflation and ramp-up are excluded. Confirm assumptions during discovery.
Visitor supplied estimate for review. Changed assumptions require recalculation before export or submission. This does not set a price or promise a financial outcome.
